Keep in a fridge below 5C; Once opened use within 48 hours; Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions:
Pan-fry: Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the mince and fry for 4 mins, stirring occasionally. Add to your favourite sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

We knew we had to introduce this incredible superfood to people back home and Tiba Tempeh was born. We called it Tiba (pronounced tee-bah) which means arrive in Indonesian. Now tempeh has arrived and so has that Tiba feeling.
