Preparation and Usage

COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING

Microwave oven: Take the gratin out from its packaging and remove its plastic bag. Place directly the wooden tray in the microwave. Reheat for the indicated amount of time. Microwave power level: 750W - 10 min. 900W - 8 min.


Oven: Warning: the temperature of the oven must not exceed 200C. Preheat the oven to 150C. Take the gratin out from its packaging and remove its plastic bag. Reheat for the indicated amount of time. Traditional oven: 1 h 05 - Fan oven: 1 h.
