Coriander stems have a stronger flavour than the leaves and can be added to this whole range of curries.Although native to Southern Europe and the Middle East, coriander is now grown worldwide and is a slender, solid stemmed plant, growing up to 60cm tall.Top Tip!Coriander retains its freshness and flavour even when frozen, helping to minimise food waste. Either place into a bag and seal or, freeze into ice cube trays with oil and use as an easy recipe ingredient. You can freeze coriander for up to 4 months.
