150g blueberries
4 vegan eggs (flax/chia)
60ml coconut milk
100g chestnut flour
30g coconut flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation
1. Whisk eggs and add in the coconut milk.
2. Fold in the flours, salt, baking powder and vinegar. Stir in the blueberries.
3 Pour approximately 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto a hot oiled pan. Cook until bubbles form and pop. Flip and cook until lightly browned.Package Type
